Towards the end of 2014 we were turned on to a useful (and cool) web application that uses your Google for Work or Gmail account to give you really meaningful data. Things like message volume, average time you took to respond to email, most frequent contacts, and more are sent to you in a weekly digest email from Conspire. That in itself was enough for me, but if you log into Conspire's website you get a version of the LinkedIn "people you may know" feature that's actually helpful. So far I've used it to reach out to people in the tech community here in Colorado that I assumed I had no connections with, and a few potential competitors in different states. The possibilities are endless, and for a free tool it's easily the thing to try this January.
